None of those are sitcoms. Ninja Turtles, Tom & Jerry and Spongebob are all cartoons. Not even close.
Do you guys know what a sitcom is?
Seinfeld, Friends, Cheers, Frasier, Roseanne, Everybody Loves Raymond are all sitcoms. A sitcom is a scripted, live-people comedy that takes place on a set. Like a play. It takes place in a coffee house, bar or living room and the characters come and go. Typically, the sitcom is a 30-minute program, where the situation is presented in the first 10 minutes, developed in the next 10 minutes, and then resolved in the last 10 minutes.

And there is a turtles movie what is not a cartoon. Live actors 
I like Friends. It's simply the best there is.
